Linz Heritage Steak w/ Blue Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 400-450g Linz Heritage Ribeye
- 15g Blue Cheese Seasoning
- 50g Heavy Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 stalk Rosemary
- 1 stalk Thyme
- 25g Maven Butter, Salted
- Salt
- Pepper
- 50g Water
PROCEDURE
- Season the ribeye w/ salt and pepper.
- In a pan, add the steak and cook in preferred doneness together w/ butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Take out the meat and set aside.
- In the same pan, add water, cream, and blue cheese seasoning.
- Plate and serve.
