Linz Heritage Steak w/ Blue Cheese Sauce


  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400-450g Linz Heritage Ribeye
  • 15g Blue Cheese Seasoning
  • 50g Heavy Cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 stalk Rosemary
  • 1 stalk Thyme
  • 25g Maven Butter, Salted
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 50g Water


  1. Season the ribeye w/ salt and pepper.
  2. In a pan, add the steak and cook in preferred doneness together w/ butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Take out the meat and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add water, cream, and blue cheese seasoning.
  4. Plate and serve.
