REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I am not satisfied with the products I ordered; can I request a refund?

Our return policy covers products with factory defects that can only be discovered upon the opening of the packaging. All items are deemed received in good condition upon acknowledgment of receipt. Please inspect the items before receipt and do not accept products that are not in good condition.

For items that are proven to have factory defects, we will issue a replacement the following day. If you wish to change your order, the replacement should be of equal value. If a replacement is of lower value, the excess payment will not be refunded. If the item is of higher value, the customer will pay via our customer service for the balance amount.
