Greek Watermelon Salad
- 250ml Campo Verde Black Cream Balsamic Vinegar
- 500g Watermelon, seedless and cut into medium size cubes
- 100g Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 pc Red Onion, sliced
- 200g Arugula
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Plate watermelon in a serving platter and top with cheese, arugula and onions.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pepper before serving.
