Created in 1951 Jean Larnaudie provides high-quality French food. Based in the South-West of France they cook prepared meals and "confits". They specialized in the creation of foie gras. Since 2007, when they started participating at the "Concours Général Agricole", they earned 30 medals. In 2018 they earned the golden medal at this contest. These medals are the guarantee of high taste quality products.

Ingredients
 Duck foie gras, Armagnac, sugar, salt, and pepper

 

RECOMMENDATIONS  

Either: Served chill (24 hours before serving) or quickly pan sear and serve slightly rare. (or else the fat will quickly melt to the pan) 

Slice around 1cm thick and set them a few minutes before serving. Slice with either a thin blade knife, non-serrated knife or slicer. You can rinse the blade with warm water between each slice to get the perfect slice. 

Best served with white bread or brioche with figs, pears, or grapes
