We at OFI are glad to launch our new beef brand from Japan, KUROSU F1 – a cross between Tajima Wagyu and Holstein Cow. Some may ask why Holstein and not Angus?

The Holstein Cattle are also known as Dairy cattle, known to have plenty of intermuscular fat due to high fat content in their muscle, enabling the cow to produce rich, creamy milk. The cattle are raised in Miyazaki Prefecture on Kyushu Island. This island is famous for housing top quality Wagyu bloodline.

The cattle here are raised on the highlands, allowing them to have a relaxing lifestyle and feed on a special mix of grains (15 types) ensuring them to have the best nutrition.
