Thai Beef Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pack Kurosu Striploin or Ribeye
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 30 g Red Onion
- 1 g Spring Onion
- 1 g Coriander
- 1 g Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 g Mint leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
PROCEDURE
- Season Kurosu Striploin w/ salt and pepper. Grill in pan 1 minute each side, slice in bite size and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients together w/ sliced beef.
- Plate and serve
